Argent was established in 2005 by Sue Smith, a Reno broker and member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors who has more than 20 years of experience in area real estate and land use issues.

The Argent team includes Sales Associate Pam Barrett, CCIM a licensed agent with local experience and expertise. The CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation indicates recognized expertise in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate.
